Live In Lodge Gainesville

I've been here going on 5 years my room is top notch the maintenance and housekeeping and management is very professional there are very prompt when service requirements are needed best place to live in gainesville!

Rooms are big and clean and from the front desk to the maids and maintenance the service is great and the people are nice. Only downside is there's a lot of drug use. So after staying there for 2 months I was glad to leave. The staff is nice at first then the real side of them comes out. They could care less about you, they do room inspections once a week wether your there or not, & you can get fined. If you don't pay the fine you get kicked out. I wasn't even in my room and when I got back there was a $350.00 noise complaint fine taped to my door. I wasn't even there. Luckily my house was finally finished so I left w/out paying the fine & I'll go homeless B4 I stay there again. Guess that explains why all the drug use around there lol.

Booked a room on a last minute for an event my kids were in and the double queen bed suite was perfect. The room had a clean calming smell of cleanliness. The beds were perfectly made and not to mention the linens on the beds were so bright white and crisp that it brought me back to the days of mom's laundry days. The bathroom was neatly stocked with toiletries. The front desk concierge was so professional and polite, they even called to our room to ensure everything was to our standards and to ask if there was anything else that we may need. We were not use to this type of service, being in past hotels I must say that Budgetel is by far the best place we have stayed in and felt at home. I recommend this place to anyone and when we come back to Gainesville again we will definitely be staying here!

Been here for almost 7 months front desk employees are friendly and always nice when u go into the office. Housekeeping rocks and Ben the maintenance here is doing a real good job and he is also polite and helpful.. now I see reviews about the police ok that's a security issue to keep us here safe so I don't see the problem with that don't be doing anything to worry about the police and that shouldn't be a problem. U have the same problems if u lived in an apt,house or trailer.

This is a much better place since change of management as well as housekeeping. The staff are always polite and professional. We have been staying here since March 19, 2017. The past employees made you feel like you were a bother to them. If you needed anything they would either not do it until you complained and asking over and over. So very glad that a change has come. Now I am proud to call this my home. Expectations are always meet and the staff go above and beyond to make sure there guest are satisfied. Great job and thank you all!!!

Pretty clean, reasonably priced. I was charged about $184 for two nights, two beds that same day. There's a pool and light breakfast real early. They have you see the room before you buy. Nice place to stay for a few days.

Rooms are cleaned weekly, thank you for the wonderful cleaning ladies who work so hard and always friendly and most of all thanks to Shawnee, she always takes care of what ever we need

The only reason I don't give a full score is because it is an old hotel. Of course there is going to be problems with guests and anything else someone can complain about. People seem to have what I call the "{JUNKIE STATE OF MIND}". I'm other words a feeling of entitlement and selfishness feeling that nobody is as important as we are or I can break rules and you can't because I'm special. SO KEEP IN MIND THAT YOU ARE NOT SPECIAL.. so when you finally reach adulthood, I will buy you a cake and even let you eat it too. Management is ok as well as everyone else
